Summary:

we want to develop [login to view URL] to resell mobile recharge of all 5 pakistani networks. We are in effort to get recharge api from each network. We want to add more countries rechage in future. We need a contemporary and simple web design to compete in the market.

We want to sell mobile recharge of following networks through our website:

Private app for Recharge:

1- We are getting 5 retail sim cards from A-E porviders, inserting them into 5 android based mobile devices connected to high speed internet.

2- In Pakistan what we do is send an sms from mobile to transfer balance to customer’s mobile number e.g TRF 100 03006145155

and send to 111 or 222.

3 - we want to built an android app that receive multiple mobile topup request from our website [login to view URL] which is yet to built, make a queu of requests/commands.

4 – Then tell/command the specific mobile device to send this perticular sms. The sms will contain balance transfer command.

I have no idea if multiple requests can be perform at once or we have to do it one by one so plase advice on it .

5 - this is private app so only our mobile devices having A-E sims inserted will have this or in future we install it to more devices.

6 – ultimately, we need an app that connect our mobile devices ( contain retail sim cards) through our business website to perform an online mobile recharge solution.

we belive if we get SSD vps to host our solution? Please guide us and which host provider? As we are expeting clients from international countries.

Note: each professional website have some default functions so If we did not discus or mention them, please consider them to do from your side.

Core Function:

1- Customer will visit our website, enter mobiler number, select operator, choose prices.

2- Promt to register if first time customer.

3- He/she will prompt to choose payment methods.

4- Transfer request conditions:

A. Approved for Perfect money.

B. Pending for Bitcoin (proces within few seconds to minutes)

C. Pending for Credit Card (processed once payment verified)

D. Approved for Ukash (depend if provider allow to approve first time customers)

E. Pending for Paypal (processed once payment verified)

5- Make the Payment/order History and button to repeat the same order in the future.

6- Send an sms confirmation to receiver and sms/email confirmation to sender.

7- If failed, send an e-mail to sender why payment failed.

8- User can promot website on social media websites, through his account and he/she will get 20% of each invited user perform his first topup.

From Users: 15%
