Shopify Theme: PSD to Theme

We will be using Shopify for our online eCommerce. We have prepared/design our layout in psd format for you to use exactly with Ubuntu font as the global.
Your job is to convert our psd into Shopify theme. Your code must be well documented/commented and will be given to us for download.
If the core of Shopify can be change/modified then let us know as the theme has strong ajax customization such as add to cart popup, login/log out popup, slider, static top nav when user scrolls down the page, Slider is full width. Theme must be responsive!
Homepage will display few tiles like ebay. with add to cart button etc.
