Local SEO for a psychotherapy and counselling website

Hello,
I'm looking to find an SEO expert to build ranking's of my wife's websites on the major search engines; Google, Bing and Yahoo.
The website is for psychotherapy in counselling services in Wimbledon, London. I would like help with both on page and off page optimisation. Please consider that due to the nature of the services being offered (very private) social media, Google + opportunities are limited.
The majority of my wife's clients are locally based so a key opportunity is local search.
I would like to find an individual or team to work with on a monthly basis to build my wife's website ([login to view URL]) rankings and traffic, suggest key words, identify what articles need to be written, back links etc.
Please no black hat tactics, I'm helping my wife build a sustainable business.
