Need SEO expert to take my website to 1st on 1st page

First of all, looking at the title you might think this is a big project. But no, it is a simple project. I need this for some testing purposes.

Top 1 position (only top 1) for 2 keywords on Google Search Engine

What I have?

A brand new website on word press, no content, just loaded the template :-)

Exact .net domain as one of the keywords. ([url removed, login to view])

Is it easy?

Absolutely, that's why this is a simple project

Competition?

Weak Competition (a good seo expert can trash them)

7 out of 10 on first page have no page rank :-)

6 out 10 have no age at all. :-)

Not on-page optimized except 1 or 2

Few Backlinks.

No authority websites in top 9. (I mean .edu, google, youtube, wiki etc..)
