Facebook Fan Counter

We need to implement a Like / Fan Counter on a Facebook page (more or less like [url removed, login to view]!/kingfisherworld?sk=app_142992365766469)
This counter will be tied to a draw for fan acquisition campaign. The idea is that we will donate $0.10 for for every new like / fan.
The counter needs to count new likes and increment the counter by $0.10.
The counter will be integrated in a tab where other content will be displayed such as images, social sharing, etc.
When a new person likes the page, he'll get differentiated content (step 2) and have the option to register his name, surname, email and mobile number which will enter him into the draw. Emails should go into a db and admin should be able to extract data in excel format.
We need a catchy GUI for it and already have a concept in mind (see screenshot attached), however we also want to hear your ideas. Please make reference to FB apps and pages that you built.
