We are currently recruiting for Outbound Call Agents who will be selling services in the Social Media industry. We currently offer services that provide help to clients in social media for setting up and running there social media account effective.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a passion for sales and the hunger to earn uncapped money. We are currently seeking an experience Telesales person with Customer Service experience who drives customer satisfaction through their passion to make customers happy.
In this role you will need to be resilient and able to handle rejections, along with a bright bubbly phone manner. This is an ongoing role with full time hours, or just work what ever hours you want however all phone calls MUST be made in USA, Australia & England time zones from 8am to 8pm no earlier or later. I have given a mix of time frames for you.
We will provide the phone numbers to you our current sales staff are making average $1800 a week and we need more sales staff.
We will pay you commission ONLY first, once you prove you can produce sales we will upgrade your contract to an hourly rate with commission still for you.
Prior experience in Telemarketing with customer services is essential but not necessary.
To be successful for this role you MUST posses ALL of the following skills & attributes not necessary.
- Prior experience with telesales and customer service
- The ability to make "warm phone calls" from an existing database.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Mature minded personality
