Reposting and Managing Site Ads

Looking for a team or individual to help with managing ads. The following is required:
1) Posting ads to various sites, and verifying the posting by sending an email with the posted links at the beginning of each week.
2) Removing the ad at the end of the week, and reporting the viewers on a google spreadsheet.
3) Repeat each week.
Looking to pay on a monthly basis around $5-10/month. Please provide a quote for this type of work, and any assumptions/limitations on the number of posts/sites per month.
