I'm looking for a professional, high-quality cross platform application that allows users to download/upload files to the "cloud"

This application should be able to be ported to Android as well.

Users would log-in and be able to access their files anywhere, files should be able to be encrypted with AES-256 locally, there are some other features I'd like as well, but that can be discussed privately.
