Pop-up tab UPDATED

Hello,

I need someone to write me a small script/software. It's probably best to do this in Javascript or jquery.

#### HISTORY - Previous project ###

When the user visits a website and makes a click on the specific website (whereever on that page), I want a new window to pop, in a new browser tab. The user should still be on the active tab, not the new tab. It should be possible to specify cookie time, cookie name and pop tab URL.

#####READ THIS - NEW PROJECT#####

Everything is done above, except ONE thing. One freelancer tried but couldn't get the first tab to still be active when the new tab shows up. Can you do it? This is what you're bidding.
