Fix some things on Joomla 3 website

1. First job (before anything else): install Akeeba Backup and make back-up of site
2. Update Joomla to latest version.
3. Update JCE Editor to latest version.
4. Fix captcha on Chronoforms. The problem is that correct captcha codes are all rejected with the message "You have entered a wrong verification code!"
5. Ensure that if incorrect captcha codes are entered the error message ("You have entered a wrong verification code!") can be seen without requiring the user to scroll down.
6. Fix the footer to remove the white space below: see [login to view URL]
7. Add another email address for messages sent to chronoforms. Currently messages go to info {AT} [login to view URL] but I want them sent to info {AT} [login to view URL] AND baliscuba {AT} [login to view URL]
8. Fix the configuration error on this page: [login to view URL]
