Magento multiselect box to product grid

Hi

I need a MULTSELECT products box, which is in the configs of a non-core magento extension, turning into a selectable products grid...for usability reasons.

I have an extra TAB created/added in the extensions admin backend configs page, this is where the products grid should be displayed.

At the moment, it just displays a text message.

This needs turning into a serializer products grid.

Simple enough if you have done this before. Isnt rocket science....just need to understand the serilaizer etc when creating selectable grid data in the backend.

If you know what i am talking about, pls get in touch asap for a prompt response.
