Android Multi Station Radio App

We need an android app that will show multiple radio stations on screen and the user will be able to switch stations by pushing a single button.
Required Features:
-This app will NOT go on the google store so you do not need to conform to any Google standards.
1: Auto Update: The list of stations can be updated without updating the whole app (get new station list over the internet at each app launch and or on schedule)
2: Auto on / off on schedule: This app is intended to be in-store listening app the users will need to be able to set their business hours and the app will automatically start and stop at these hours. just like a 7 day programmable timer.
3: Auto Recovery: if the stream / internet failure occurs the app needs to try to reconnect and start playing.
4: Stay Awake: Prevent device falling in to sleep. WIFI, SCREEN, etc...
5: Auto Start: as soon as the device starts launch application and start playing the last station playing
6: Auto fit screen: tablet or tiny phone the app will fill the screen.
7: ?? Lock the device to this app ?? make it difficult to close this app
8: ?? Report App Usage and device location back home ??: start, stop, change station listen duration Location via GPS, IP location, WIFI location report upon change (the device is ours and we don't want the store owner to take it anywhere else)
we already have an app that we can show you the look and feel of it.
All graphics will be provided to you, no graphic design will be necessary
if a web space is necessary you will be provided one.

buggy, non working app has no use or value. we do not pay for effort . We only pay for product delivered.
(if you get to first draft level and cannot fix your own code to work stable don't expect to be paid %50)
