Simple SIP/VOIP android application (Similar to Zoiper)

Hi,\r\n\r\nA developer is needed to create an app that is able to make a SIP call through a given SIP domain, username and password.\r\n\r\nThe app is needed to be on Android first, still, if a technology used to use the app on many platforms (such as phonegap) it is appreciated (extra money will be given for that).\r\n\r\nThe app will be exact similar to \"Zoiper\", except that the user will not be proposed to enter the domain IP, instead, the IP will be retrieved from a database. The username and password will still be the user input.\r\n\r\nAs an example:\r\n1) User open the app, click settings, put his username and password.\r\n2) Based on username and password, a query is done on the database and the domain is retrieved.\r\n3) The user now is on the dialer window, where he/she can dial a number and call.\r\n4) The call is done through connecting to the domain, exactly as Zoiper case.\r\n\r\nA demo is needed, thus, no need for graphics work (just default buttons). Source code to be provided and able to open with Eclipse (Android). The code to be commented well, and explained if needed.\r\n\r\nThis is needed ASAP. A skilled developer should be able to do that in few days.\r\n\r\nHints:\r\nI myself worked on that app, but i stopped as i don\'t have time for it now. To clarify, its NOT needed to make a SIP SIP call, which means user will input a PHONE NUMBER, not ANOTHER SIP to call. Check Zoiper please.\r\n\r\nApp window should include:\r\n1) a browse button to select contact, after picking the number, \r\n2) a text box that will have the number picked (or directly written by user). \r\n3) A call button. a settings button that user will input his username and password through (please note that this should be prompt as well to user first time he/she use the app, or if tried to make call, instead of crash, or failure, the prompt ask for username and password.\r\n\r\n\r\nOnly those who KNOWS how to do it send me, please make background check first before proposing. Previous experience in SIP based Android apps or iOS is a plus.\r\n\r\nIf you only know how to do PART of this app, please indicate which part, we can discuss. And indicate which part you CANT.
