Simple mobile app for Samsung S4

Write a simple app that can do the following:

1. Using the S4's built in infrared(IR) port read the code that is produced by another IR device upon pushing a button.

2. Record and store that code.

3. Reproduce that code when a button in the app is pushed

4. Create a widget that looks like a button and when pushed mimics the action in step 3.

5. Allow creation and storage of multiple buttons.
