Hello everyone, I am looking for a taxi application to be developed for both iOS and Android. This will also need to include a full back end website for the admin to monitor everything.
Please only apply if you are good with design and have read everything about the app, including the attached PDF.
Max Budget: $8000 USD
Platforms: iOS and Android
There will need to be Passenger App and a Drivers app for both platforms (4 apps all together)
I also require the the app gets accepted on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

The main idea is:
When taxi drivers travel to work (outer to central) or home from work (central to outer) they are always driving with an empty taxi. So, the app should allow users (in Outer London) to see if their are any taxi drivers heading into Central London. They can then get a taxi into London (within a radius of them)as the taxi driver was driving their anyway with an empty taxi. Because of this, the passenger gets 50% off the normal price. It also should work on the way back, if a taxi driver is heading home, and a user is heading in the same direction, they can drop them home as they are heading that way anyway.
The passenger should open the app and check if there are any taxi drivers heading towards their destination. If so, they click on the driver, if the driver accepts, he will pick them up and drop them to their destination for half the price.
The app will also add a small service charge to the end bill.
