App Re-Skin Graphics and Development

I need someone/company who is very experienced in graphic design and App Re-Skins to Re-Skin and runner/jumper game, I need to give it a new Theme/Characters and Audio and add another 2 levels and many more levels next year.

Full Game details and detailed job description and story board will be given to the best applicants that best fit the description below:

Requirements:

Someone who can show me previous Game Re-skins or Game development work in their portfolio.

Someone who speaks English very well and is willing to converse on Skype before the project starts........this is important.

Please play the game I want to re-skin its called Super Mouse World -

I need you to -

Change the images (characters, levels, etc)

Update all IDs (IAP, Ad networks, GameCenter RevMob, Chartboost, App Lovin) - its already integrated, just IDs need changing.

New Icon and Screen Shots/splash page, game over page

New Name + Update the name within the app

Someone who has a 4.5 star rating or above Someone who can program xCode, and Cocos2D but can also do UI design.

Add Push notifications:

Re-design score graphics

Facebook for sharing

Provide after care support for development tweaks.

Next Steps::

Please reply with examples of your previous work including any UI/design examples you have done before.

You must be able to communicate via Skype for project brief and updates between the hours of 06:00 and 22:00 GMT We are based in the UK.

At the moment want 2 new level added to existing source code/game. I will be adding levels and updates to this to this game so I am looking to build a long term partnership.

~~~~~When you REPLY Please also let me know how long it takes you to implement Chartboost compared to just changing the IDs .....I cant reply to your proposal if you cant answer this question as its shows the full job has been read.

You can you deliver on time?

You can deliver the 1st game within a 3-4 weeks, including new levels, screenshots and icon.

You can take this as a project with 4 equal payments when milestones are completed and new code is reviewed and tested.

We don't pay upfront or hourly, very sorry about that, we have been burnt before.
