I need you to to write an APP.
Dead simple.
I need to be able to have control over the app and change images / text around later.
I also need to be able to submit the APP to the APPLE app store and ANDROID store.
How does it work:
1) APP ICON - I will provide the icon for the app and must be able to change it later
2) APP WELCOME screen - allow for registration with First Name - Last Name - Email
3) APP MAIN SCREEN – Big Graphic with text input window and SEND button (allow to attach graphics)
4) After Send button is pressed the text goes to my email
5) Ability to extend the WELCOME Screen with form items (similar to WUFOO)
6) APP THANK YOU SCREEN
7) You need to assist me in the upload process to the APP stores of APPLE and ANDROID.
