Currently searching for developer to create Android and iOS app that will communicate with our existing PHP SaaS application.

We are considering PhoneGap as the portability tool.

We have developed mobile aperture browser pages as prototype, but need to create a local app for phones. Tablet compatibility not needed as they will be using the full app.

Need to implement basic APIs to phone for photo attachments and perhaps voice translation for text input.

We have a sample mobile aperture web pages as starting point for design that we can disclose to the shortlisted candidates.

We will provide design, but may need a little input on smartphone usability ideas.
