The App is free, however will have in-app advertising
SignUp / Login Page ( API for google, and facebook login/signup)
Video Upload Ability ( user can access their gallery in their phones)
Record video directly in the App ( access to phone camera)
Being able to vote (Like/Dislike) Abilities
Basic User Profile Info ( Users can have a profile page, with their name, and personal interests)
Teenagers can access the app, so it should have some sort of blocking filter for words ( no swearing, no nudity)
Should be available in Google Play, Amazon App stores, ect
External Link/Share abilities of Social Media Accounts
Category Page (similar to the old vine app, when users upload a video, they have the option of selecting which category they want to upload their video to (comedy, singing, ect) and then can view and vote on other videos in that category
Needs Internet connection to work
So in conclusion its like the vine app, or [login to view URL] app, however with a different spin
