whatsapp bulk sender

We want to bypass this system limit by shot from 25 users per shot to maximum no. of contact I could broadcast message to

1. I need a website/program to auto bulk sending whatsapp message.

Bidder needs to tell me how many whatsapp msg can be sent every day

2. Allow me to upload contact list via csv

3. (this part is important) report interface shows how many phone numbers have whatsapp, how many whatsapp are successfully sent, how many are not sucessfully sent,

4. besides text, can send and receive from image and video. Also, can send link in text.

5. (if diffcult for this part, you can ignore this) the website can send text and image msg to whatsapp. Also, the webiste can receive text and image msg from whatsapp too.

If you already have a similar program, pls let me know. We may consider your program first.

Will not deposit any money till I can TEST the website or program and find it basically functional.

I don't wanna to spend money without getting any software I have to make sure that the person place a bid understand well the project needs
