Project Description

Design a website for potential employees to post applications and managers to review and manage these applications.

Page One

Select location in which you are applying we cover the Colorado market so

possibly a map in which the applicant could click on the area of interest.

My other thought would be a type in your Zip code and dropdown of distance

you are willing to travel. 2 miles/5 miles/10 miles etc.

Specific regions in this area would be Northern Colorado (Greely & Fort

Collins), Mountain, Denver, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo.

Depending on the above selection the applicant will now be presented with

available positions at the stores which meet the criteria set above the

positions may include :

Sales Representative

Shift Manager

Store Manager

District Manager

Other 1 (Defined by manager on back end)

Other 2 (Defined by manager on back end)

Any position may be Full Time/Part Time/Seasonal/Accepting applications for

future positions

The user would be allowed to select one available position per location from

as many locations listed.

Back End Note: Some locations may be managed by the same person when the log

in they would need to be able to see all of their locations in a list and

sort down to location without separate login's. Although an application may

be shared between different store managers any notes or additional

information entered by the store manager would be limited to that specific

store manager.

I think this would be the appropriate place for login/new user information

once they have been able to view available positions. If they are updating

their application any positions which are still available or are again

available would be auto populated. If we could submit the location/ position

as a date or something so that for archival purposes a store manager could

go back and review information even if the update has removed the position

on resubmit.
