We have got 100 windows active directory user's. Key Requirements of Self service Active Directory Password Reset is
Mandate the user's to answer few questions when the user login to O/S active directory for the first time.
whenever the user forgets the active directory login password, the system should allow the user to answer the questions before login to Operating System. Based on the Right answers the system should allow the user to reset the password by entering new password and Confirming the same. After this user can succesfully login to the O/S.
