I need a C# program that will be
1. Running in background in taskbar.
2. Will start with a Hot Key (Win + Q).
3. If the active window when this key is pressed in Windows Explorer, it will popup a screen with full file paths for selected files displayed in list.
4. If the active window is any other window, this will open with a configuration screen.
5. The program will always start with windows in minimized mode so no information displayed that its started.
Has to work on all windows versions including XP, Vista, Windows 7
