For example if a field caption is "Bill Number" in english ,there must be a provision given where in as a administrator we will enter the exact words for that field in other language we [url removed, login to view] once the end user select the language he wants he must be able to see the field names in that particular language and the fonts shall be selected according to t he [url removed, login to view] basically we need a multilingual facility

[url removed, login to view] is already a smaller version of the software in Microsoft Access which can be refered for clear idea
Once the software is completed and has been sucessfully tested in our company ,in future it might be needed to create few forms which will must work in Andoird phones.
5. Developer can be from any part of the world .but should be able to understand english
