Need migration of CMS system with slight changes

Hi all the site is [url removed, login to view] this site is designed in a CMS systems which is a little rare for my tastes. I need this site migrated to a new CMS system of your recommendation. Your recommendations should be based off of a few key points. The CMS system which you recommend and migrate to should have more features than 95% of the CMS systems out there, this should cover all areas; analysis, e-commerce, marketing, content management, enhancement features etc etc. The site must also retain the content and over all feel of the original site. There should be seamless migration of link and content type data. I'm looking on this bid to mainly get some consulting and then a purchase. I would also like to note that after the migration is complete the enhancement starts so get your top flash and graphic designers out and grab your top coder. I need lots of work done on this site which should span about three months. Please only top coders. PS Sorry for the lack of requirements, there is just so much. I would prefer that the migration cost be addressed and then we will use allot of private bids to get the rest of the work done.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
