I need a Photo Voting Contest similar to Maxim.

It should function just like the site. We'll just move things around to give our own unique feel.
Here are some of the details:
User experience:
- visitor will be able to choose X number of girls from some list
- when visitor clicks on the photo a details/profile page about the girl will appear
- user can add and remove candidates
- after the X number of girls is selected user will be able to submit the selection
- User will be able to view thumbnails and once they click to view a profile it will ask for the user to submit their email address
Admin:
- admin will be able to create profiles
- admin will be able to activate/deactivate each profile
- each profile will contain set amount of fields
- admin will be able to upload set amount of photos for each profile
- photos will be automatically resized to fit the layout
- photo thumbnails will be automatically created
- admin will be able to see current results and dump them to a CSV file
- admin will be able to end the competition
- admin will be able to set categories with its own list. So for example if I want to do a contest with Guys and Girls than I will have all the Girl profiles under the girls category and the same for the guys. Or if I wanted to create categories based on boroughs or states etc.
The time frame is 2 weeks.
