Hi - I need a CMS built and integrated with a site I'm putting together.

Site owner will be able to upload info on listings, property photos, description etc.
The project needs to be delivered in a manner we can resell to other potential clients- we would be willing to work with the developper again in such a scenario.
We will be designing the site in flash and will then need this design remade in HTML- we are open to offers from developpers who would like to take on both tasks or just the database work
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
