I need a tool that we can send to our users that allows them to install our Certificate Authority Certificate in their trusted root store. It should also install the cert in the mozilla store.

## Deliverables

So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite.

This tool must work on Windows Vista, Windows XP, and recent service packs of windows 2000.

The tool should be a self contained, single executable that embeds the certificate as a "resource" so email servers cannot strip the certificate from the email.

The installer should provide these radio buttons

Install Certificate for:

() all users of the machine

() just me

Mozilla browsers:

[] *path to mozilla profile*

where () indicates a radio button and [] indiciates a checkbox

If the user is an administrator the tool should default to the all users item. If the user is not an administrator, the tool should default to the just me item and append "(requires admin password)" to the all users item. If the user chooses the all users item, the tool should prompt for the admin password and eleveate to admin priveleges.

It should also install the certificate into mozilla's list of trusted root certificates (if possible).

The installer should scan the current user's profile for mozilla cert stores. If found, the tool should enable the mozilla section of the dialog and add one checkbox per profile. All checkboxes should default to the checked state.

There should be a short text indiciating what OS prompts will occur at the bottom of checkbox pane or on another pane if necessary. This should present the correct text for the operating system it is running on.
