Win32 TIFF Faxing Function in C/C++

* * Not looking to develop -> Existing code only * * -Looking for WIN32 C/C++ (No MFC) source code to FAX a TIFF-F G3/G4 196X204 DPI multipage document through a modem on a COM port. -Software must talk directly to the MODEM with AT commands. No 3rd party Dll's or API's. -MUST be robust, well written code with good error reporting -This code will be integrated into an existing win32 App -Only looking for existing (tested and proven) code. -Submit some sort of sample app to demonstrate the code with you bid. -Indicate which (if any) OPEN source is used in your code code -Indicate which modems have been tested with your App

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
