i want a small delphi app that will allows a desktop application to send and receive data with a service application. the service application will not have the Interactive option enabled, as it is disabled on Vista/7.

the data i want to send is a custom packet record with 2 strings and 2 integers.

so I need the code to send and receive data.

please mind that service application has no window handle. so, using SendMessage looks difficult.

## Deliverables

you dont have to deliver me full working example. just code in a plain text file is ok.

i use delphi 2010 but I think code will be compatible with all delphis.
