AJAX / PHP / Asterisk project

NOTE: ASTERISK KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED! We are currently setting up an inbound contact center and need a few custom scripts developed. Since our solution is based on Asterisk, we require anyone bidding to be familiar with this VOIP application. We are looking at building a webpage where our call center agents are to be logged in throughout the day. Whenever a call comes in to the agent's extension, the agent should be alerted about this on their screen. Furthermore, a company name and a manuscript is to be pulled up on the agent's screen (this manuscript varies depending on the number the caller has called, script stored in a database). The agent will need to have the possibility to register short notes / messages from the caller on-screen. A message registered should be stored together with the caller number and the customer ID which the message is for. The agent's screen should not refresh with new call alerts during a call OR, in the event of typing a message after call hangup, until the message is written and stored. The web page should be CSS/XHTML compatible. We will be implementing it into our own design, although the alerts and the message forms will have to be nicely designed by the coder. We will provide the accepted coder with a suggestion of a normalized database structure. Skills required: - Asterisk - PHP - MySQL - Javascript A portofolio or references is requested when first contacting us. If you have no previous experience in any of the listed categories, do not bid!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
