Hi I would like two prices for the programming of a basic & more advanced mailing list manager for our site. Both must be programmed in PHP Basic system ------------ We want a system which handles multiple mailing lists where users can subscribe (and unsubscribe) to a list via a web interface (and also through clicking on unsubscribe within the email). The features include: 1. The ability to have multiple lists that people subscribe to. 2. A web interface to subscribe and unsubscribe from a list. 3. An interface to send out personalised emails to members of a list. These would be both as html and plain text. 4. Each email is sent out individually and is not cc’d (carbon copied) to all the recipients. This protects the privacy of your list, protects your information and personalises each email. 5. The administrator can also remove people from the list 6. The ability to add an existing database of email addresses as a batch or download the database for use in offline applications. 7. To be able to include attachments if necessary 8. The system must handle bounced emails More advanced system -------------------- We would like a system very similar to how [url removed, login to view] works but just for our site. This site has a lot of cool features including a wizard to walk people through creating an email campaign. There is a free trial so please look at this Programming ----------- We have our own template parsing system. Anyone who is accepted for this job must use this system in the development of the site. We have documentation on how to use it, and you will have to become familar with how we wish the system to be programmed Pricing ------- Could you price for the simple system on Rentacoder but within your message price for the more advanced system We will look favrourably on anyone who can demostrate capability if they have done something similar before which can handle small/medium lists

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and exclusive distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
