Synopsys for web application:
**Primary functionality:**
A potential customer accesses a website. This website is used request access to download a software product from another web page. There is only one software product which can be downloaded. The decision to allow access to the second website and download of the software product is contingent upon information furnished by the potential customer making the request for access.
The information provided by the potential customer is sent to a web screen console with administrator access. If access is granted by an administrator, the potential customer is given permission to access a second web page which will allow the potential customer to download a trial version of a software product. Ideally, only one download is possible, and access is revoke after a specified period of time.
**Secondary functionality:**
The request for access by the potential customer generates an email notification that is sent to the administrator’s email address, and to additional email addresses as specified by the administrator.
A non-interactive version of the web console is accessible to others for which the administrator grants access. The purpose of this version of the console is to display information only. Only the administrator can interact with the console, choosing to grant, deny, or revoke access to the download.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
