[login to view URL] Prototype Script

This project includes coding a script almost exactly like [[login to view URL]][1]. I would like this coded in PHP/ASP/MYSQL. Whatever is easiest and most efficient. I am wanting this script to do the following features.

-Allow users to register quickly/easily to allow them to comment and add new phone numbers.

-When a user adds a number it will create a seperate page for each NEW number. (If you look at [[login to view URL]][1] you will notice they do it like this: <[login to view URL]>) The title of this page will also have the number in it to help with search engine ranking.

-A simple admin panel to delete comments/add & remove users/etc..

-The ability for users to submit a new phone number anonimously

-Possibly make the script be able to look up phone numbers at [[login to view URL]][2] and provide a location/name if possible.

-On the main site have a "Top Phone Numbers" section as well as top submitters, etc..

Like i said i want this to be very similiar to [login to view URL]

If you have any questions at all, please let me know. I am wanting to get this done ASAP. I dont want it to be to advanced seeing how i dont want to pay very much for it. Thanks!!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

I will be putting this script up on a CentOS/PHP 5 VPS server running Apache 1.6.

Site needs to work with Windows XP, all version of IE6.0 and above, as well as Firefox.
