FACEBOOK and TWITTER app needed

i provide websites to my members .... and i want either a 'thumbnail image' of their home page to display on FACEBOOK... or... create a standard image (jpg) that i give to all my members ... that somehow can be added to their FACEBOOK home page... and that 'standard image' is then linked either as an IFRAME within FACEBOOK ... or... when the visitor clicks on that 'standard image' ... it opens a new window with my member's website...

i need to advertise 'another website' on a FACEBOOK page... then explain to me the ways that can be done... 1. is coding needed? 2. is graphic design needed? ...

i have a website that is a template for 100s of people... i want my members who also have FACEBOOK pages to link that website 'to' their FACEBOOK page... and... i either want that 'image-link' (not a text link) to open 'within' FACEBOOK as an IFRAME or..... open in a NEW WINDOW ... now comment in detail if you know how this can be done... what coding is needed... what graphic design is needed....
