491868 Facebook application with flash+php

We need a facebook application with these functions;
- You need to create an example facebook page (with any paganame)
- Anybody can "like" this page
- You need to be able to save these people on a database (table: users)
- You need to add "flashApp" named tab.
- In this tab, a flash web page need to be run.
- In the flash page there will be 10 buttons. When the user click the button, you need to save the user name, surname and email info (you get from facebook), the click time and the user IP on the database.
- When the user click the button, the application should write to this user facebook wallpage "you clicked the page at [url removed, login to view], xx:xx" (after getting permission from user) + The application will write to its page's wall that "xx yy clicked the button at [url removed, login to view], xx:xx"
This is the partI of our project. Normally, the facebook page is already ready, and we will modificate the flash page. But the functions which you write, are enough for us.
Of course, we need all source codes of Flash and PHP
The webpage language need to be plain PHP and Flash Action Script 2 language should be used.
