Flash/Animated Company Logo

I recently closed on a Bid request for a Logo design. After the purchase of the LOGO from the coder, I had the idea of changing it to make it animated or created in Flash or what ever is out there at this time that is the latest and greatest. I have the Logo designers blessing to do this. . I'd like to use the 3 Ball Traditional Pawnbroker Logo top portion of the screen where the Logo will go is made out of metal that is painted the color of the chosen skin for that user. Another idea that might be better is the illusion that the glass on the monitor has cracked and left a hole in it, this will allow the view to the inside to see the Globes etc, instead of the torn metal look.I need to make this where I match the colors that can be chosen in the Forum by the user. I also need to work the name of the site into it, PawnChat somewhere. Any ideas or questions? Please write to me,... Please, as you can see, I will be expecting a very nice job, and I would imagine experience would be a plus, And in case your wondering, I am not now, nor have I ever been on drugs. Thanks Philand change it into 3 Earths. All Earths will still be connected together at the "North" pole and will be spinning. I'd like to have the Oceans a deep vibrant blue with the Land masses in a very bright reflective gold or brassy color, maybe even dull on the coast lines and high polish in the center areas. I'd like the Connecting members to be a massive well defined geometric shapes that have turned designs on the ends where they meet each other and bead work and decoration to some extent on the supporting members. Turned decorations just like would be done in the Old World with either Brass and or Gold. These areas also would look nice with high polish in the high surface areas with less polish in the low crevice areas to make it look darker and old. Just like in real life. I would then like the Earths to be turning at the same rate, not too fast, but showing different Land masses at the same time 1/3rd,1/3rd, 1/3rd. We then have small bits of white/blue light that will circle one of the Earths a few times and then travel to another and circle it and the fade away.. This will be representative of information traveling from one pawnbroker to another. The site that I'm using this on makes it possible for the end user to change their skins and colors of the Forum. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
