Flash weather app/page

Hello,

I would like to make the following flash app:

Goal: show weather from a city full screen in internet explorer.

Requirements:

- App must cach data, so when it starts it should show data, app may reload/change later.

- Flash file must be secured

- Must resize in browser

- Option to change te city/country in the flash file

- Everything needs to be in one file

- Design, similar like the weather prediction on tv for today/comming days for a country.

- Fedge/pull data from yahoo xml for example or a other source
