We\'re looking for a talented developer who has a solid understanding of web usability, current design trends, open source php platforms and the ability to modify PHP, write HTML/CSS, and quickly resolve issues and bugs that are found on client websites. We also expect you to have working knowledge of Flash, jQuery, and WordPress. We work heavily with Code Ignitor, but are open to individuals working with a different framework. \r\n\r\n\r\nPrimary Skills: \r\n\r\no Excellent quality object-oriented PHP \r\no Experience with MVC Frameworks (Code Ignitor preferred) \r\no Solid experience designing/creating relational databases (MySQL in particular) \r\no Ability to implement designs using standards-based html, css, etc. \r\no Experience working with Flash and jQuery\r\no Front end and Back end development and design\r\no Third party mail handling and API integration (Amazon SES preferred)\r\no Cron programming and management\r\n\r\nBonus Skills (not required, but helpful): \r\n\r\no Graphic design
