inline frame booking tool for clinic

I am looking for a skillful wordpress developer having good knowledge of inline frame.
I ever posted the same project a year ago and awarded a freelancer but he abandoned it.
He tried to develop the tool using Wordpress but he gave it up due to the lack of his skill.
I want you guys to succeed his unfinished job and complete it.
Files are already uploaded to my server.
Outline of the previous project is as follows.

This tool is for dentists who want to add booking functionality to their existing web site.
Application should work as follows.

(Patient can set range of time he can spend in dentist for)

[url removed, login to view] check his booking table to adjust patient's schedule
(Booking table is not included to this system)
[url removed, login to view] suggests adjusted schedule to patient.
[url removed, login to view] schedule can be chose "accept" or "not accept" by patient.
[url removed, login to view] "accept" is clicked, patient can set a time to send reminder mail.
[url removed, login to view] mail is automatically sent to patient on time.
Of course admin panel is necessary for managing parameters and checking status with easy interface.
