Customizations of a wordpress theme (without videoupload part)

Hello,
I need some customizations of a wordpress theme. Most of theme are small issues, I have posted a similar project, but it is not the same. This one is WITHOUT the videoupload part! For more informations have got a look at attachement.
I have integrate a "code word" into my pdf, please paste this code word into you proposal, so i know, you have got read my pdf carefully before bidding.
The job must be done within the next days. After choosing your bid, you have to start immediately.
I don`t pay upfront. Create milestones, but don`t release a milestone before starting the project and see some work. Have had bad experiences with this in the past. Thanks for your understanding!
