Editable PDF to SAVE / PRINT / EMAIl + Other Wordpress edits.

Hello -

This project is taking over for an individual that couldn't finish. This is a high priority for me as my client is expecting it complete and working 100% in 96 hours. There are several requirements, ranging from VERY easy, to a bit intimidating - but for the right person, its all a piece of cake!

Here is what needs to be done, for this website: [url removed, login to view]:

1.) There are a total of five (5) brochures that are all currently setup so that the clients group of real estate agents can sign-in to [url removed, login to view] and edit those five (5) brochures to their liking (edit title, price, photos, etc.), and then they can select to Print, Save or Email (The Email button feature needs to be added) the then edited document in a PDF final form. The five (5) brochures that need these edit document to PDF capabilities are: Brochure Box Flyer, Call Capture Brochure, Open House Brochure, Property Features Brochure & Listing Brochure.

2.) There needs to be an on page cropping tool for the Listing Brochure flyer - as the three (3) images that are currently able to be selected onto the three (3) different image areas for this brochure are to compressed or stretched when loaded in.

3.) There needs to be a connection between the WordPress user "subscriber" and a profile for each subscriber to port info and picture to auto-populate to the brochure profile with photo in each of the editable brochures. This should operate as a unique function for each individual subscriber/user - so when they each sign in, its their own info that populates into the editable brochures (Brochure Box Flyer, Call Capture Brochure, Open House Brochure, Property Features Brochure & Listing Brochure).

4.) I need you to upload into the WordPress account the entire list of agents in this office and have the system send out an auto welcome email that includes username and password for entry into the website (as the website is password protected). I will supply this complete user list upon acceptance of project. This ties into #3 above with profile creation and connecting to brochures.

5.) The logo in upper left hand corner (Realty Group real people real results) needs corrected hyper link to be: [url removed, login to view]

6.) The following four (4) brochures on the website need to have a different background image (see this download link: [url removed, login to view] for PSD of flyer that has background image to use on the following brochure flyers:

Brochure Box Flyer, Call Capture Brochure, Open House Brochure, Property Features Brochure

I attached an example brochure so you have an example of what I am referring to with the brochures.

I have a WP admin ID that I can share with those that I select to further review this project, to look at what we have in in greater detail.

I need the best worker that works quickly and efficiently and at high level of quality, and within time limits that can communicate with me often on the progress.
