Membership based E-Learning LMS website

We have a marketing website that has just been developed for our education based e-learning business in Wordpress. We now need to develop and integrate the password protected membership site that will contain the overall content and structure of our course for our paying customers.
Using as much of the native functionality as possible, we want to use the LearnDash LMS plugin along with membership and email marketing/auto responder plugins for the membership site framework. We have attached a detailed breakdown of our requirements (must haves are in black text and nice to haves are in blue text).
