Wordpress View Pages in Grid 3 Columns with Multi Rows - repost

I want someone to create wordpress plugin, this plug in should do the following:
1-View the page with all subpages.
2-Tthe content of page on the top with readmore link.
3-All subpages bellow the content in Grid view 3 columns with multi Rows.
4-Each cell in this grid view contains Image and link to open the page.
5-The image in the cell will be default image for every parent page.
6-Support RTL and LTR
I attached sample of parent page YYY with subpages in gridview, and the content of parent page with readmore link must be over this gridview
