SEO - Link Exchange with direcories for phpBB Forum

This is my SEO- Link exchange project No. 3. Looking for the cheapest bid. I need individuals and very small companies ONLY. Terms and Conditions =============================================== 1) I need only link exchange (reciprocal or one way if they allow) 2) To do that you have to put their link on our [url removed, login to view] page (If they require reciprocal link). 3) We will give you ftp access so that you can modify [url removed, login to view] page to include their links and then submit links to them. 4) No other files on websites to be touched 5) A report will be prepared in excel sheet with directory/website URL (Link URL) where link is submitted, category submitted and date of submission. 6) Provider has to provide 500 links. Project will be considered completed only when provider has posted 500 links, so bid for a price for 500 links 7) You have to find directories, submit links and maintain report in an excel sheet. 8) We will verify the submission before we can close project. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
