Wording changes to website

Work is in 2 parts:

1. Minor changes to wording on several pages of the website:

This may be only one hour of work.

2a. Improve search engine placement by submitting this site to at least 50 of the MOST MAJOR search engines. In your bid, tell me what you have in mind that you will do as part of this job.

2b. Make minor changes to the site's meta tags and keywords to improve search engine placement. Tell me what you have in mind that you will do as part of this job.

3b. Are there other minor changes that you would do to improve the marketing of this website.

I prefer someone in the USA that I can work with in the future on an as needed basis, but I will accept non-USA coders.

For future consideration (after this work is completed), if we agree that you will provide minor work free or at a low rate, I will list your company's link at the bottom of my home page (replacing the link that is currently there).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
