a php script that reloads one link, then about .2 seconds after the first link is refreshed it reloads another link 6-10 times really quick?

So Reloading a link similar to that, then reloading another link similar to that right after 6-10 times. How hard would this be?
I want it to be refreshing not in the browser but in the DOS box, like it does the refreshing process in the dos box then closes..
How much would it cost to have someone do this for me?

This can be done easily by using one of the extension of PHP. I can do it without refreshing the page by just using light box for it. The time that I have mentioned is enough for to complete the task for you.
I can do that using Delphi or C++ Builder, under Windows, as a standalone software. 30 bucks would be an honest price. Thanks!
