I have a website where members can add their website pages for other members to view (traffic exchange). I need... that when a user adds a new website to the system, this page must pass an exhaustive control against trojan horse, virus and popup/framebreaker, etc.

I will pay half of the bid upfront and the rest after completion. I do know what page needs to be edited and I will need to check to functionality of the code before complete payment is made.
