I need a excellent web developer for building a web site. You must have great skill in PHP, CSS, HTML and JAVASCRIPT. You also need to have great feedbacks in scriptlance as well.

It doesn't really matter to me what you code it in, but my guess would be it would have to be PHP/HTML/CSS.

My budget is $50-$60 for this task.
