Floating Facebook Share/Like and Twitter Retweet Widget

Hello,

We would like to add a Facebook Share and Twitter retweet widget to our website. It should be similar to what you see on the left side of this page:

We are not using a wordpress blog so keep that in mind.

We want the widget to float on the page and show the number of times a particular page has been shared or re tweeted.

Send us a PM with a description of you doing similar work and provide examples. We will provide the link to our website where the changes will be implemented to qualified candidates.

We want to get this implemented ASAP.
